Miso Cauliflower & Pan Seared Halloumi

Seasonal Fruit Bowl with Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, florets (1 cup)

  • Halloumi Cheese, sliced

  • Miso Dressing (1-2 tbsp)

  • Garlic, chopped (2 pcs)

  • Onions, chopped (1/2 pc)

  • A2 Ghee (1 tsp)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Method

Serves 2

  1. Start by heating the ghee on a skillet and then adding the garlic, onions and cooking till browning.

  2. Add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4-6 minutes till tender. Mix in the miso dressing and coat well and cook for a further 2 mins. Set aside.

  3. Wipe down the skillet and then proceed to pan sear the halloumi slices till they start slightly browning and release their fats.

  4. Plate and Serve!
